During his 20+ years of experience in the web development industry, Kianosh developed a talent for successfully and quickly delivering high-quality software products to clients. For him, there are two secrets to this success: surrounding himself with teams of gifted, happy people, and putting in place better processes for development and communication between those teams.
Kianosh is also a “fixer.” He has a knack for quickly identifying why teams, technologies, and processes aren’t quite working up to their potential and getting them back on track with quick solutions – everything from retraining to strategic server-to-Cloud migrations.
He started his career as a designer, but eventually moved into web development. Kianosh said, “I enjoy straddling the world that lives in between design and development and helping to bridge that gap. I think that is what makes me a good developer and manager: being able to empathize and understand all aspects of development, from its inception, through design, into development, and beyond.”
If he could redevelop anything, Kianosh would automate the kitchen in his house. This future kitchen has a food inventory that would, with a click of a button, summon any food item (using robots). This dream kitchen would also gather all ingredients needed for a recipe, and then order any ingredients not already in your home. Please develop that soon, Kianosh!
When not at work, Kianosh loves to build things – whether that be Legos or IoT products.
